HyDEPP-SATREPS carries out WEB-RRI training part 2

The HyDEPP-SATREPS Project had the WEB-RRI Part 2 last November 23rd at Ornamental Crops Nursery, UPLB. Present in the training include Dr. Patricia Ann J. Sanchez (Project Manager), Dr. Mohamed Rasmy Abdul Wahid (Group 2 Leader), Engr. Vicente G. Ballaran Jr., Dr. Mona Liza F. Delos Reyes, Engr. Allan T. Tejada, Jr., Engr. Keane Carlo G. Lomibao, Engr. Jay Ann Q. Lomod, Engr. Christian Jester M. Salayo, Engr. Hannah W. Jose, Engr. Emmanuel Zeus Gapan and Forester Denise Kamyll M. Navarro.

Part 2, as a continuation of the training last August, mainly focused on hands-on of the WEB-RRI model. Each of the trainees actively participated and was able to run the model with the guidance of Dr. Rasmy. Additionally, the activity served as a consultation by members who encountered issues in their respective climate change-related studies that dealt with the model. 

The HyDEPP-SATREPS team aims to organize another training on the WEB-RRI model to further support young researchers focusing on climate change, water-related disasters, and agriculture.
